Maybe you have a good idea on how to prepare Kuli kuli without the need to (deep) fry it, so that most (if not all) of the nutritional content will still remain. π€ππ€π

There will be.
But most people are used to this and it is tied to a region tradition and culture.
Doing a modification is like getting rid of their culture and values which will definitely cause a ruckus.
The best thing is to advise people to take it in moderation.

That's personal but when it is versatile it becomes a problem.
Everyone doesn't think the same especially for people that always feel intimidated.

Cooking food is !INDEED an art where there always will be some people like how food is cooked, and always some people who won't like it. π€π§ββοΈπ€π€
