Welcome to scifi multiverse prompt week 50 and edition 2. For this week we talk about balancing work life and physical well-being.

This is a very sensitive topic in this generation because we have come to a level where people don't rest anymore because we have lots of bills to pay and we want to do everything possible to meet up. This has really affected us negatively. Most of us only have a good and amazing work life, but our well-being is not taken into consideration and we hear the news in our days where people just fall and die instantly.
HOW DO WE BALANCE THEM?
I know that we gar to work to earn a living. We need money right? But what happens if we get all the money and can not spend the money on taken good care of ourselves, instead we spend the money in the hospital on drugs. There are a lot of people today who are sick not because they should but because they have refused to pay attention to their physical needs. We need to look for a way to balance them. And that is why I will be sharing few tips that has helped me over the years.
- Eat well while you work. This is something that we need all the time. Don't become too busy that you forget to eat good food. Some people only take junks and we all know that is not too good for our health.
- Have enough sleep: Most people don't sleep enough and that is why they always have headache. We need to have a good sleep to allow the brain rest a little and then we can think better and be productive.
- Take time to visit other places: This may happen once in a while but we still need it. At least taken time to leave your environment once in a while will help you do better at work when you get back. That is to say that we need vacation after working hard for a long time.
