I am saying it because humans are the ones who can summon me for the help and after receiving the help they forget the kindness or efforts of the helper.

I surely don't disagree with you. That's just people for you... It's very much easier to request earnestly for help but quite hard for people to remember the person who put in all resources of theirs just to assist them at those moments of need.
