The last time I was in school was in 1991 when I graduated from PA School.
It has been a long time since I wrote a book report; however, I promised my good friend, @bradleyarrow, I would review his new book.
The book is called Where Love Grows: A Legacy in Bloom
In the book, Bradley pulls back the curtain on the private intimacy of his family as they face the loss of their mother, grandmother, wife, and soulmate.
I doubt that anyone reading this has not been impacted by cancer in one way or another.
Many of us, including myself, have not dealt with cancer with a family member.
In the book, Bradley walks us through the struggles and emotions of a ten-year battle with cancer with his wife, Karen. He shows how it affected all of the family as well as his personal view.
There are tons of books about cancer and long term illness, but this book hit home for me since I know who Bradley is and made it a much more personal experience.
Over the past few years, I have had several communications with Bradley about his wife and the cancer. This brought the story full circle for me.
I recommend buying the book and seeing for yourself how he approaches the subject.
The book is sold on Amazon. The US link is HERE
