Indian Premier League - updates and some stats

Hello and welcome to all the readers.

Since my last post on IPL 7 days ago. The tournament has progressed well with 8 more games played with 2 games played on saturday and sunday

The 19th edition of Indian Premier League also known as TATA IPL 2026 started on 28 March 2026 has been a great succcess with just one game so far been totally washed out due to rain. Both the teams were awarded 1 point each.

Upcoming - 23rd Match (N), Bengaluru, April 15, 2026, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) vs Lucknow Super Giants (LSG)

Today's match between RCB and LSG will be played at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru,Karnataka,India.
Bengaluru matches are mostly high scoring matches packed with lots of four and sixes.
I am hoping the same holds for today's match.
Bengaluru is RCB's home ground and they do plan to dominate there.

RCB is currently third on the points tabke with 6 points.
LSG is 7th on the points table with 4 points.
