Chelsea reportedly have around 46 players in the squad right now, and I'm just wondering… how exactly are we going to manage all these players?

I know Chelsea have been very active in the transfer market, and as a fan, I'm happy that the club is trying to build a strong team. But at some point, you have to look around and say, "Okay, we have enough now." 😂
And I think we have reached that point.
With Chelsea not playing in Europe this season, there is even less room for such a big squad. Xabi Alonso can't give 46 players enough playing time. Some players will have to sit on the bench, some won't even make the matchday squad, and others may have to leave on loan or permanently.
We have already started hearing names like Filip Jorgensen, Axel Disasi, Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoît Badiashile and Malo Gusto being linked with possible moves.
Then there are the bigger names like Pedro Neto and Enzo Fernández.
Now, I won't lie, some of these names would surprise me if they actually left Chelsea.
For example, I still think Pedro Neto has something to offer. Injuries have not helped him much, but when he's fit and confident, we know what he can do.
The same thing applies to some of the other players. I don't think every player being linked with an exit is necessarily a bad player. Sometimes there are simply too many players competing for the same positions.
And that's probably the biggest problem Chelsea have created for themselves.
You can have plenty of talented players, but if everybody is fighting for the same few positions, it becomes difficult to keep everyone happy.
I'd personally rather see Chelsea have a smaller squad where every player knows his role.
Let Alonso work with the players he actually trusts. Let them train together, play together and build some understanding.
Because having 46 players doesn't mean we have 46 solutions.
Sometimes, it just means you have 46 problems to solve. 😂
The deadline is getting closer, so I expect plenty of movement around Stamford Bridge before September 1.
Now let's see who stays, who leaves and who gets sent out on loan.
Chelsea have done a lot of buying.
Now comes the difficult part — building the actual team. 💙
