Being someone over 50, plans rarely play out the way we expect but it is important to make them as like you said it gives us direction and purpose regardless of the end result.

Recently i started a business, the plan was just to bring a little extra money into my home for my family.

Now we are in a direction where now the business is going beyond making some extra money to a full on business with work for others.

Funny how side hustling can become the only hustle that matters thanks to a little planning.
