my brain damage from my fall
Was that a literal fall from a height or you are talking about your psychological breakdown?

Yes it was an actual fall. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, and fell down my stairs. I woke up the next day in the hospital, and I'd sufferent a ruptured artery in my brain, (from an aneurysm), and almost died. I don't remember the fall at all, only waking up the next afternoon in the hospital.
The doctors were apparently minutes from drilling a hole in my head to relieve the pressure from the blood buildup in my skull, but a last minute MRI showed the bleeding had stopped.
As a result of the pressure from the blood buildup, about a nickel marble sized portion of my brain died about an inch inside my left temple, where executive function occurs. I take several meds each day to be able to "think" normally. :)
I was so blessed I didn't die, and am very thankful that God gave me another chance.
