The “Angostura Bridge” over the “Orinoco River” is located in the Guayana Region, joining “Ciudad Bolívar” (Bolívar State) with “Soledad” (Anzoátegui State).
It is the ninth suspension bridge in the world. Currently, it is one of the longest in Latin America. It was inaugurated on January 6, 1967 by President Raúl Leoni.
El “Puente Angostura” sobre el “Río Orinoco” está ubicado en la Región de Guayana, uniendo a “Ciudad Bolívar” (Estado Bolívar) con “Soledad” (Estado Anzoátegui).
Es el noveno puente colgante del mundo. Actualmente, es uno de los más largos de América Latina. Fue inaugurado el 6 de Enero de 1967 por el Presidente Raúl Leoni.
