Happy start to the week, Melinda! I loved reading that you often grill in the summer—it sounds great. As you know, we live in an eternal summer here, so we don't change up our routines much—or at least those of us who don't cook very often, like me 😅 I’ve actually been making shrimp since last month; I’d never cooked them before, so these tips are perfect for me, since I do spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I’ll try cooking them quickly and adding a sauce like this sometime this week. Sending you a big hug! 🙏
