Hello again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. I have arranged this post into the following two sections-
- Participation proof in August 2025 HPUD
- Short Diary on Thursday, July 31
12th HPUD participation
It is my 12th participation post for the HIVE power-up event organized by @hivebuzz. Today is August 1st, 2025. It's time to power up a bit!
Let's do the power up
Here is the proof:

This time, I could power up 71 HP. The amount is mostly from curation and author rewards. Thanks to all the wonderful curators for the support :) I also converted 4 HBD into HIVE!

Thursday (July 31) Diary
The last workday of the week, Thursday, was a somewhat busy day, where I consulted 31 patients. Two out of four GP doctors were absent on Thursday. In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for the fitness test. The number of people was fewer on Thursday!
A mid-50s lady patient was referred to me by the gynecologist at our clinic. She was suffering from chest pain for the last 2 weeks with associated sweating, mostly at night. I did an ECG to rule out any cardiac issues. The ECG showed no problem. It was most likely a case of post-menopausal syndrome!
An abdominal patient visited me in the evening. His conditions required an abdominal scan, but unfortunately, on Thursday evening and the whole of Friday, the scanning was unavailable in the nearby hospital. Hence, I gave symptomatic management only! There is a lot of room for improvement in the medical sector in my city of work!
At home, I could walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes after 10 pm. However, I couldn't reach the 10k steps mark on Thursday. According to the Fitbit app, it was 9667! The steps earned me 0.44 $SWEAT!
Okay. That's all for today. If you have any suggestions or concerns, feel free to chat in the comment section below :)
Thanks
Hafiz
