**inf

Greetings, this is my entry in Korean Hive Village Contest #13 Korean Cuisine on My Table 🎁

3. Korean Cuisine on My Table.
If you could try any Korean dish right now, what would it be? Explain what fascinates you, what flavor you hope it will have, and how you think it reflects Korean culture.

Out of the wide variety of Korean cuisine I've been researching these days to write this post, there's one exquisite dish that really caught my attention and that I'd like to try. And while I'm researching its origins and ingredients, I'm practically savoring it now. Although I've never tried the exquisite RAMEN, I have had the opportunity to try some of the ingredients that make up this delicious Korean dish. #

Ramen, mostly known as guksu in Korean, is a very popular dish in Korea. According to my research, there are many varieties of it. The traditional noodle dishes are: onmyeon or guksu jangguk (noodles with hot clear broth), naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), bibim guksu (cold mixed noodles). with vegetables), kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and kongguksu (noodles with soy broth). In court cuisine, baekmyeon (literally, "white noodles"), consisting of buckwheat noodles and pheasant broth, was considered the highest quality noodle dish. In summer, naengmyeon was eaten with a cold soup mixed with dongchimi (watery radish kimchi) and beef brisket broth.

I'd like to try Korean ramen, and I imagine that exquisite noodle soup and sauces with a spectacular shrimp flavor. I would love to try them every day of my life, savor them, and pair them with a Venezuelan arepa. Because an arepa alongside ramen would taste so good.

kalguksu

I've often been curious to learn how to prepare them and make them as delicious as they look in magazines. I've also read while searching for Korean cuisine that there's a very spicy type of ramen that's just as delicious. I would try a seafood-flavored ramen with a slightly spicy sauce and thick noodles. I would eat it piping hot, with lots of sauce oozing out of the noodles.

CULTURE

Noodles have been eaten in Korea since ancient times, being special recipes for birthdays, weddings, and auspicious occasions, as their long, continuous shape was believed to be linked to the joy of longevity and a lasting marriage. 1

I especially liked one called "Japchae," a type of Korean noodle dish made with marinated beef and vegetables in soy sauce and sesame oil. It sounds and looks delicious.

I invite @ismeris @angeluxx @suisver to participate.

This is my entire entry; I hope you like it. Thank you very much.

Hello, dear friend 😊 Yes, ramen is very famous, and it looks interesting simply because you can eat it with hot water and a whisk. We'll have to find a store here to see what it's like, and of course, our arepa is a must. Excellent 🙌🏻🙏🏻🇻🇪
