You offered a lot of wisdom in this post 🙏 I agree with you, self-love involves knowing yourself, as a whole person. Finding the things that you love makes it much easier! And then, like you say, once you are assured in yourself, no matter what anyone says, it cannot touch you if it doesn't resonate with you.
