I LOVE MILD MOVIES, LOH CONTEST #286...!

in Ladies of Hive2 days ago

Hello Ladies,

"THE TWO QUESTIONS THIS WEEK ARE;

  1. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON SCHOOL BULLY?.

  2. ARE YOU A FAN OF HORROR MOVIES, ACTION MOVIES, OR ARE YOU MORE INTO ROMANCE?".

It's yet another weekly contest for us all to deal with. Thank you so much our Judge for this week, @marivic10, for these thought provoking questions for us ladies this week.

Many people just give out their times watching movies of all kinds, without intentionally making choices. But for me, mild and educative movies are my choices at all times because I wouldn't want to get frightened during movie watching, or after watching to be so scared because I will definitely remember parts of the movies, I know I might not remember every juncture or all the actors, but I will certainly remember some parts, I would love to remember them and smile. Not to be scared or feel bad about some maltreatments or how some died who supposed not to have died in the movies...!

I think watching impactful movies is recommended because of the quality impacts it teaches. Apart from that, count me out of excessive movie watching. I have seen some moms at home after dropping their kids to school will just come home, abandoning every other house chores or activities undone but focused on this Indian movie series known as or being on their watching list, the popular "Z WORLD" They are Indian movie series very long and are made very hooking if you start.

My favorite has been the impactful movie known as "Home Alone" It was produced and written by John Hughes, in December, 2020. This movie to me is very important and impactful for parents to watch and know how to treat, refer and nurture the relationships within the family and share their love with their children. The main actor was a ten years old Kevin.

A family had so many kids all growing up in the same house. But there were disparities in the ways the parents treat them or showed capabilities in caring for the kids. Sometimes, the bigger ones were bullying the younger ones and their parents over looked those loopholes in raising those kids.

A day came, the whole family decided to go for a vacation in PARIS. Everyone began arranging their belongings for their travel, they all got to airport to board for paris, their parents carelessly forgot Kevin in the air port and boarded. On the mid air, their mother began to search for Kevin, everybody started calling his name, "KEVIN WHERE ARE YOU?".

There was no response and that was how all of them knew that Kevin was not among them, he had been left behind, and there was nothing anyone could do about it. The air plane is already cruising on the highest altitude you can think of, it could not stop, or reverse to land again to pick up Kevin. Meanwhile, Kevin was running all over the Air port searching and looking for his own family. Can you imagine that?.

After a very long search without results, Kevin had to go back home. That was how he stayed Home Alone. He became very matured on his own immediately. He goes for shopping all alone, he cooked his meals, he cleaned the whole house all alone. Sometimes, he will try shaving like his daddy used to do, but he was never scared or afraid.

Even when some huligans like thieves came trying to sneak into their house to steal, he disallowed them, developed some strategies that only adults or security operatives could have applied, he behaved so maturedly that his parents never knew he could have.

LESSONS FOR PARENTS...!
Always try to know the characters of your kids one after the other. They're not the same in character building, abilities and capabilities. Every child is different.

  1. Always know where your kids are per time. Try solving their needs, paying attention to their individualistic characters and needs, parents should be a bridge, showing them how to be kind and also relate kindly with one another, correct and teach them at all times. Take careful care of your kids!.

Kevin proved that our kids are both learning fast and understanding all that we as their parents are doing at all the time, know what you do while they are watching you. Kevin, did everything perfectly like if his parents were doing those.

For me, the purpose of this film...is that families must make it a duty to stay together at one time or the other, not withstanding how busy the parents are trying to make ends meet.

This is my response to question two of this contest.

Just like me. I don't like watching horror movies because of nightmares. Those things will start playing in my subconscious, leading to nightmares.

I would say though that horror movies (as well as playable horror games) should be avoided, whether or not the person gets nightmares because of them. 😱🤯🤓 !HOPE !LOLZ

I do remember past events a lot, if I ever watch horror movies, I will be remembering those worst senerios and actions.

I don't dare watch them at all. Thank you for coming up here to check on me, I appreciate you!

It looks like you really prefer to watch comedic and/or educational movies !INDEED, so that what you would remember and !FUN and/or useful things. 😊 !HOPE

Anyway, I replied directly to @cagolistic's comment, but I really appreciate your reply! 🤗 !PIZZA

That's exactly my deepest reason never to watch horror movies.

Even Nollywood films, immediately it's getting to horror or those fetish retuals, I will automatically change it to mild movies to something else.

I don't like how they affect me later, so I don't try at all.
