some people do leave their houses for work as early as 4:30 am and still get late to work because of the stressful and unbearable traffic conjections on their way to work

The same scenario here in the Philippines coz transportation consumes a lot of time. Then people would go back home at night, tired, and no more time to mingle with the family, then that would happen 5-6 days a week. That sucks. So many prefer WFH.

But expect there are consequences in WFH setup. Clients are mostly abroad, so you need to adopt with their time as well. That means, some do graveyard shift.
