My diet is balanced... It is an act of self-love. I prefer 🫘 healthy food @marivic10.

I changed my eating style a while ago. Junk food came into my life when my emotional hunger only due to anxiety, stress or tiredness, without real hunger was the easiest thing to get me out and calm my emotions.

I felt that my emotions always led me to attack my fridge or my wallet, if I bought it in places where junk food looks very attractive at first glance and eat non-stop.

A strong indicator that my emotional hunger was the.the main emotional cause why I couldn't keep myself at my ideal weight because of my build and height, as well as healthy habits for me biological, mental and spiritual functionality.

My mind needed a boost of youth, agility to make a real reset to my body, a cleansing DETOX for my emotions and soul. I also wanted to feel and look good, improve my digestion and de-inflame my body, as well as increase my energy and vitality.

I love eating Greek yogurt pancakes, but I'm in a small anti-inflammatory process, I'm decreasing the consumption of oatmeal.

Since it's too hard for me to leave the pancakes... full of everything yum haha I share with you my recipe of pancakes with yellow lentils.





For 6 pancakes I use: 3/4 dectaza of yellow lentils, 1 egg, 1/2 spoon of vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon of de-lactated skim milk, 1 teaspoon ofbaking powder, sweetener to taste.

For topping I put natural yogurt, my favorite fruits, and chocolate syrup with stevia

This has helped me a lot with my health, besides they are very tasty, they are nutritious and pure proteins, these pancakes sweeten my emotional hunger.

In summary, optimal good health is achieved by improving not only eating habits, but by addressing other aspects of lifestyle such as genetic factors, environmental conditions, pre-existing medical conditions, and mental health.

Ahhh and on those sunny weekends, the two engines of my life are my healthy habits like stealing sunshine, listening to music...oh and eat healthy.

It’s very easy to let emotions rule our eating habits. An emotional detox is an interesting concept! I think we probably all need that!

That's right, real life in which there are no poses or lights, we are who we are, in our essence and purify ourselves by eating tasty and healthy, in a disciplined way is a good example of self-esteem.
