What I expect from others.
From my path as a woman, as a professional, as a human, I know that unlearning hurts more than learning, because it touches the deep, my inner self, what already seemed normal and led me to act on automatic, repeating dramas and inheriting chains of heartbreak.
The day we understand that our self-love is our responsibility, resentment ends, because those who love themselves do not beg for any external attention, or mistreatment that for many is "love".
So I learned to unlearn, by allowing my soul to make room for it, to listen to my body, to update the new version of me, without guilt and without fear of betraying anyone.
With certainty I can tell you that there are things that worked for me as a child and that now that I am an adult, if I don't release them they leave me breathless, in emotional paralysis.
Because deep down we have all been begging for love, so that they would recognize us, love us, and look at us, I include myself @cautiva-30 and when we do, instead of looking inside and realizing that we are the ones who can love, recognize and value ourselves, we end up collecting the debt with them, by the way, it is a debt that never belonged to them to pay.
Today I can assure you that unlearning is an act of self-love, of evolution as a woman, as a human and spiritual maturity. I am not losing anything, on the contrary I have been renewing, versioning and finding myself.
We are more than what we have learned. We should be grateful, because gratitude is beautiful with ourselves. I think it's the best tip to "take action" and know that we are not immortal, because life doesn't take things away from us, we just let them go out of fear.
What is behind commitment, responsibility, fulfillment is self-love and that love to ourselves can be learned even if it has not been sown, and that is also personal power to choose to grow to avoid conflicts.
We will give love to fear, and to everything we can, starting with ourselves. Maybe we can then, hug deep inside, so tight that we can see our self-love sprout.
