My Christmas every year starts from scratch because I design it with resolutions for the year that ends and with what I know to come, when I make the manger (birth), I decorate the house, I plan Christmas Eve with my husband, including the ham bread that I make for Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve night, where we always go out to the patio to celebrate 🍾 and my husband helps me with the fireworks.

I love doing all the Christmas chores listening to the typical bagpipes of my Zulian land in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, and Christmas carols.

Extraño tanto a mis hijos, ellos están fuera del pais, este mes apenas he hecho el arbolito, con adornos heredados de mi mamá, por cierto, los compartí en esta comunidad con ustedes en la edición pasada de LOH.

This weekend, I'm just taking out other little things to decorate my table with ornaments from this time of love and peace, it's a beautiful job and full of a lot of calm and tranquility, I think I'm not planning to do much.
Already they, my children came for my birthday and mother's day... so it will just be the two of us, my husband and I, keeping each other company, and enjoying ourselves together.
It may be that next year we will meet again in February 2026, so they are not planning for this end of this current year yet.
Above all, I love my city and its culture, at this time of December.
I wish for everyone in this community, @elizabethbit that we have the wisdom to hold on to the essential in life, to the transcendental, to the cultivation of the certainty of love in our existence. May this Christmas 2025 be our greatest nourishment and inspiration to all.
