What makes me feel happier and more confident?

Although it seems a difficult question to answer, it soaked me in my real longings such as: health, working on what I like, having a coffee with my affections, training outdoors, sleeping well, I do physical activities, with my brain that I practice every day of my life to regain confidence in the future one hour at a time.

In this sense, functional exercise is always a good idea, because it is the activity that most focuses the brain to repair and take care of itself.I also love knitting because it diverts me from unpleasant situations "attention", because I have to count stitches, so as not to make mistakes, as well as embroidery and painting.

Reading does not entertain me many times because I have to be focused, and anxiety does not allow it.

So, I know I'm not the only one who hasn't had this internal conversation: you're too tired, start tomorrow, one more day doesn't matter, they are enemy phrases, experts in excuses, real or invented to dodge the effort.

Definitely the mind is the most important muscle, that's why I train it 24/7 even when I sleep. I train my brain, to get my whole body moving, this big muscle boosts my health, my energy and my mental well-being.
