Happy Easter of resurrection!

I hope that after the break we will be with energy and motivation to do those little things that are always pending to do to make our day day in the week in a kinder, enriching way and why not?,... productive. A big hug 🥰

These self-care things like that, they self-regulate me, when I'm not sick.

My daily self-care routine starts with ideas, dreams, and discipline. Nothing is built from comfort.

My daily routine starts with: walks sometimes along the shore of the beach, or in some circuit around my house, these walks are moments that I take advantage of to take away all the stress, because they are of absolute peace looking at the horizon without limits with absolute freedom.

Exercise energizes me and cleaning the house unplugs me. Coloring abstracts me, writing always forces me to make descriptions and sequences (mind maps) that explain what I think, feel and believe.

I read a lot too, I like to enjoy the period series, and sometimes I like to sew (I have my machine).

Studying and researching takes me through my profession many hours during the week.I also get if necessary belly up to scrole and I fall asleep like my cat Molly 💤

I only alternate the daily activities according to my realistic real time to make my day to day the best possible without running over the daily routine of mental and physical self-care with excesses of activities... That's how it works for me, I'm a 65 year old girl, and I feel good, thank God 🙏
