Have you tried the chocolate bars 70% dark cocoa with salt? The taste of coffee is more or less like this, it is a sweetness that comes out of counteracting the bitterness with salt, which in the mouth leaves a soft sweet, and kind on the palate... I invite you to try it

Now your talking. I'm already hooked on cacao chocolates, my latest is Green & Black's 85% Organic dark chocolate, an expensive indulgence with it's own complex taste and superior health benefits as a bonus. I cannot have any of the commercial popular chocolate brands that barely pass themselves off as chocolate.
And yes, I have tried a little pinch of salt in my coffee.
