I hope you enjoy your Mother's company for years to come. No one knows what challenges we will face. There will be a time where you will have to make difficult decisions on her behalf. Expect it but don't shoulder all the responsibility upon yourself, have other family members involved.
I may be on Medical leave for my health but it was also a blessing in valuable time I spent with my mother's last weeks.
