My Provincial Government allows licensed Casinos to operate in my province and yet takes a large percentage of the revenue to fund worthy charities and governmental operations to justify it. BULL POOP! Their records have shown at times 15% of revenue actually went to charities. Gambling is a 'Voluntary Tax' on desperate people. Local Churches lobbied against it.
