I'm fond of getting the actual physical books themselves rather than a digital version. Before Hive I used to frequent a local used book store that had a huge stock but since covid, the store unfortunately went broke.
Those used bookstores are amazing. They have a special and nostalgic smell of old papers and also you could really find gems with low prices. Those stores were also extinct in my area 🥲
I'm left with Thrift shops and local Used Book exchanges but they are not as comprehensive, diverse and 'cozy' as my favorite used book store. There is a Used Book boutique styled store but I would have to travel some distance to, more expensive and I am not familiar with the person as with my previous one.
