Seems like we have a lot in common. I don't fancy depending on people for help or anything, and sickness often push one into that. We can't totally stay sickness-free but we can control it, to a large extent by being mindful of our general wellbeing.
Nothing beats taking water to keep hydrated and also detox the body. That drinking of water early in the morning is the koko. 😂
Self-care goes way beyond taking care of the physical body. Letting go of grudges and being at peace makes for a happy and healthy life. Omo, there are so many things to be mindful about if one desires to lead a balanced life.
