I really hope we are not being too much to learn to say NO, I mean, it's a good thing but there's always the line we shouldn't cross while at it because in the end, we are all here for each other. I'm also unlearning to say yes to everything, especially to please people.

I believe it's good to say No sometimes because saying yes to everything can really have negative impact on us. We might thought that we're doing something good to other not knowing we're hurting ourselves too
