I won't name names, but yes, these poorer countries have each others back and are extracting from Hive, rather than adding to it. Of course, the big guys are doing it too, but they aren't in the feeds(mostly or very often, though add more) where curating is expected.
1-Wut platform(s) are you using to post? If peakd you'll earn a little with commentrewader. but if you use hsnaps or hivesuites, there are active curators that give .2-.3 upvotes 4 most content. If snapie, meno upvotes decent shorts with .3-.5 hive

yeah, I was there in the beginning and even spent 1000's of hive on LEO. 3 years later still full of bugs and many promised features that were added then trashed. Khal hasn't impressed me
