24 HOURS FASTING
First, I had a boiled egg to break the fast, then, 30 minutes later I had the whole protein based meal. It wasn’t difficult at all, it felt good towards the end. A nice emptiness sensation. I’ll do more hours next time. Looking forward to it 💪.
