Not easily. The startup cost to become a residential ISP in the US is very high. Unlike countries like UK, Australia, Sweden which have shared fiber that anyone can buy access to, I’d need to lay fiber to the end user and without scale that will be impossible to finance(I’ve got the datacenter and connectivity there part already so I don’t need to deal with that cost, but that’s another expensive part).

I can could do (if they would accept (or me) me to pay) 250-300 ms to Portugal via satellite, in 2 providers... still not worth it for me to realise the fluctuations. But it's getting better!
Round-trip, I am still highly bad because of the location (yes, Cloudflare is not a great measure, but 1 second across the world is still sufficient for world API, even if not ideal...), but there are two locations being deployed in NZ... maybe those will help with latency(probably nothing)/bandwidth.
The latency I get from my router to the ISP's edge is horrendous and where the problems start. They don't plan for usage here honestly.
Maybe you get even better options via i2P
I will reach you... I have some interest in understanding the current reality as I haven't been paying attention to it for some time...since from low bandwidth networks this is more useful usually (even if based on latency).

I have high standards. See, I pay attention if they post quality, just post and run, if they engage with others and even if they power up or withdraw. Very little of what's in the feed is quality and most fail the rest as well. The one above from me isn't even a quality snap

What camera do you have? I bought some macro extension rings which turned my zoom lens in quite a good macro lens. That was a bit cheaper than buying a macro lens.

There is a hummingbird flying in my backyard. He is too fast for me to take a pic.
I love hummingbirds. The wildest thing I've seen with them was at a friend's house up at the lake. She had several feeders for them. I was there visiting and there was so many flying around. At least 50! I've never seen that many at once before😍
