                    Which OS are you using, posting from snapie correct? If it’s IOS make sure you get the update, maybe try taking a screenshot of the image to convert it into a .jpg. This is just a guess, more info would be needed to help diagnose.

                          the image server for hive log was not working yesterday... dunno why... seems to be working now.
