I was able to maintain the pace I set yesterday at 9:40 per mi and 2day I completed the full #5k #run with my 2nd fastest split at 8:30 per mi. Today there was a breeze and I think that mattered. Yesterday, no breeze but cooler temps, yet I sweated more. I think overheating shortened that run. Wind also helps to get more oxygen into your lungs (@bushcraftbites #heath & #wellness acct) #fitness #hiverun
