I did some repair runs and scans and deleted older programs.
PC is running again but I still think that the hard drive D has problems even though it didn't show any errors like before after a scan.

Is D your only drive, your start up drive? Have you checked for faulty RAM (memtest)
For the RAM memory to see if one of the sticks may be defective.
Is C full as well?
D has no RAM sticks
?? No HDD has any RAM sticks. I’m talking about the ones in the mobo starting up and operating the computer. If c the main drive isn’t full, the hdd shouldn’t be the issue causing the long start up time. My pc had issues a while ago, crashing, blue screen etc. changed the RAM and it was good. Anyhow, good luck figuring it out.
C was pretty full but I deleted a few things. Also starting is now as usual but I will check the RAM again.
