One of the things you need to take care of as a human is your health.
Health is so important. Work should not disrupt your health. Problems, stress, depression should not disrupt your health, anything that would slow you down. You should prioritize your health because without your health, nothing else in your life functions.
You need to eat good food. You need to work out more. As simple as exercise can increase your lifespan, and people don't know it. They get lazy around. They get fat.
They eat a lot. They stress themselves. They overthink. All these things can add up to lots of pain and stress that can reduce your lifespan. Just these little things are what add up to what can reduce your lifespan.

or even do at your age what can you do to prolong your lifespan should be always in your mind your head should come first because your head and your body is what you have in this world.
Once you lose it you lose everything in this world so take the care of your head and make sure you do the right things and don't complicate your head.
