You mentioned the toll, so I have to speak up.
In Serbia, the toll from Belgrade to Dimitrovgrad in one direction (320km) is 15e. And in Bulgaria the toll for 7 days, for all roads, is 8e.
And with that, there is news in the media: "Toll prices are expected to increase in Serbia". Thieves!

        In the link I shared, they mentioned a price of 3 cents per km, which is lower than you shared (over 4.5c). I have a feeling that everything is more expensive in poorer countries... The "superpower" of corrupted politicians! 😡
