No she doesn't, she agrees that he makes her sister happy and approves the relationship.

That's great, I usually avoid watching animes where they include harem 🥲.

Lol those are fun, but they are very unrealistic as conflict usually gets ignored or it gets resolved on a very friendly manner.

Hehe, I prefer the male lead being one-man woman. 😁

Usually harem animes are inspired by romantic RPGs (role playing games) where the user has different ways to conquer each girls, that's why in the animation, writers build harem worlds so they can give the different ways the MC get to all the girls.

I think they are inspired by old traditions where men had concubines or mistresses 🥲

Sure, most of that is fantasy, they had dragons, kings, heroes and demon kings. Nobody said this was real. Imagine if people reject reading novels because they aren't adjusted to modern times? The bible would be outlawed because it talk about old traditions.

Same thing with romcoms (romantic comedies) most of the situations are exaggerated to the point of being comedic. There is next to no chance the things shown can be real. Neither are they trying to push it to be real. Sometimes they are, like the popular girl looking to the average boy for love. But that's usually the plot that makes it funny sometimes. You can argue it reinforces stereotypes of what a popular person may be or act, and would be great if it changes it's attitude toward the others.
