Following my intro post and understanding of Hive, I encountered something I thought was an error on ecency. I contacted @ecency account on private message and a screenshot was requested.
I'll share the screenshot at the tail end of the blog.
But the whole story led me to this;

So I sent the supposed error screenshot but after taking a look at it, I realized it had to do with the RC feature I read about before creating my introductory post.
I knew the only solution would be to power up as I've already learned.
Since I did not want to take a risk in account of it's my first time doing a transaction from Binance to a Blockchain like Hive, I had to try with a little money.
So I had 12 cedis to spare in my MTN wallet, I followed the Gemini instructions to get ig straight from momo to Binance, and convert it to Hive tokens.
Then I followed instructions to get it from Binance to my Hive wallet. Then I had to stake it, which is the same as saying power up.

It's not alot of money but I see it as a good step in investing and getting some RC at the same time. I actually see it as a smooth transaction and now I can teach it to anyone I know that wants to buy Hive.
I'll be testing other exchange platforms to see which one is better. If any of my new friends, especially the ones that greeted me in my intro, know of convenient exchanges or any alternative to Binance that's good for transactions with Hive, I'd love to know too.
So for now, that's all I've done, I'll call it a win for the day. Time to check out some communities and projects.
That's the error message, just RC problem I guess but that's fixed? How much can I do with 17 Hives RC though?

Best Regards,
Lilaah
