When it was early, i inform him to apologize, because, i understand that this word wouldn't take anything away from him, but it will helps in taking out the pains, hard thoughts, and frown face that he kept right now.
Something i know i have done many times, which has been helping me is to act fast, study event, and also tried to know how it is going to end.
So, at any time he shout and complaints, I always told him to calmed down. In his mind, he was the hardest person who wouldn't feel a thing about the event anymore.

Actually the scenario here was about Jole, he always felt bad when he realized that his friend has wore his shirt or shoe's to the office.
The deal is, Jole and his friend are staying in the same apartment, his friend was just a poor boy who earned a very low income monthly. Jole was big, but here was where the issues between him and his friend came up.
