I think that it's not that likely for a person to detect multiple "spam & farm tipping" accounts at the same time, and when that happens, the person can just use multiple comments. 🤓

Perhaps the reporter would worry that they might make a single extra report command beyond your report bot's hardcoded limit, so they will just report one or two accounts at the same time just to be safe !INDEED! 😆

The cap is now set to 10, which is reasonable I think. It has been abused before, but not in a way that would require a spamlist of hundreds of accounts. Whenever that is the case, you'd need to take other measurements to stop them. Otherwise it would just be a race of account creation vs blacklisting.
