For that, perhaps you, @borniet, and the other (core) team members of the #YouAreAlive Hive tribe can have a blacklist for !ALIVE token tipping where any account can be reported by using a bot command (such as !report), such that you can add (or remove) Hive accounts from such blacklist without touching code. 🧘♂️

The previous restriction of "only one ALIVE token tip every 10 minutes to the same Hive account" will make a person who wants to tip the same Hive author 3 times for the day (UTC) choose to comment here on Hive for more than 30 minutes, make three separate commenting sessions, or simply let go of the plan !INDEED. 🧘♂️🤯

I'm a bit weary of that idea, as it can be used to bully people easily. I do like the idea of using the "official" blacklists of Hive, and I am looking into the possibility of implementing that.

If the !report command will work only for (core) team members of the #WeAreAlive tribe and not for everyone else, then it is unlikely for anyone to get "bullied" as I believe that the team members of the ALIVE tribe are good guys. 🖖
Let's !HOPE for an "official token tipping blacklist" here on Hive, which is separate from other blacklists which are !INDEED used to "bully people easily". 🤗

Yup! Now I fully got what you meant exactly, and I have implemented as such! The bots now listen to a report command when issued by a certain set of users (you are one of them), which will create an addition to a (manually also manageable) blacklist. Maybe, in the future, this blacklist could even also be made available for other devs/systems on hive. The other anti spam measures have been made looser, you should not be touching the limits anymore. And in doubt, one can now check his tipping-history on https://tipping.botlord.eu and see why it failed.

Yes, I definitely get that. As @savvyplayer mentioned in the other reply to your comment, if the !report command were only able to be used by core WAAT members, then the possibility of abuse is immensely reduced. I'm open to the idea of using a more community-wide blacklist, though perhaps one separate from the ones that are ruining people's accounts with no communication. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

We have such blacklist, but it is currently manually curated (outside the code, and bot-specific ;-) ).
I am not too eager to allow a simple command from anyone to blacklist another user, it would need a little more than just that for it to be fair and effective.
But we do welcome you and every other tippingbot user to let us know who is abusing the system so we can blacklist them from tipping, or any use of the bot at all (less relevant now as it was in the past).

The !report command (or something similar) should be accepted by your ALIVE token tipping bot only from (core) team members of your #YouAreAlive tribe as stated on my previous comment, not by any Hive account (even if they are ALIVE holders) !INDEED. 🤓 After that, you can manually whitelist ALIVE tribe supporters to use the report command even if they are not ALIVE team members. 🖖😏
