Argentina has been losing since 2014 WC final, then Copa America's, and other international trophies. It was all okay till then. However, since the last world cup win; everything started to feel rigged.

In the recent one, Egypt fumbled a 2-0 lead, and then started blaming the refs and everything else. They did the same thing against Senegal in Africa Cup Nations.

Then, against Switzerland, it was a well deserved yellow card, as per the rules.

They are the former world champions, and they have come a long way. The world hating on Argentina and Messi for no reason. And it is mostly done by the reel scrollers.

Yeah, when they lose the Copa America final in 2016, Messi said that the tournament was rigged towards Brasil. Months after that, Infantino became FIFA's president and magically Argentina won two Copa America and a World Cup. Also, you have to admit that Infantino saying "It would be sad that Messi retires without winning a World Cup" and then Messi winning it is more than suspicious.

It is not a movie script. That you can replay the scene. And, even in the world cup, last year, France was just a touch away from winning it. Then what about the match with the Netherlands?

About that game, I’ll just say two things:

Messi’s clear and intentional handball, which didn’t even earn him a yellow card.
The clear aggression and provocation by an Argentine player (I don’t remember who it was) when he kicked the ball directly at the Dutch bench—and he, too, didn’t receive a yellow card.

Those actions clearly influenced the match, and the obvious intention was to provoke and throw the Dutch players off their game, which they achieved with the referee’s help.

I do agree with you at some points, but saying that it is rigged is not acceptable at all for me. Nowadays, everything is being called rigged. Take England's first goal, or Crotia's hair touch one. Maybe Modric was right about the VAR.

Yeah, there are some controversial decisions for almost every team, but look at this, VAR entered in almost every Argentina game and the decision is always favorable for them. There's no decision made against them. When something happens that will be against them, the VAR doesn't enter. So it is, at least, suspicious.
