Aside from when I'm sleeping, I'm trying to imagine simply resting and doing nothing. I know that I used to do it...lol! Seriously, it is important, and I do at least have mini versions. I'm glad that you're resting, and especially in the sun, Nathalie! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
