Foreword
Good day everyone, hope all of you are doing fine. One month had passed us by and we are now into the second month of 2026. In the marco economy side, prices are getting all crazy for crypto but we will need to hold forth and steady our vessel to venture through the storm ahead. Prices really plunged but with the potential and all, we should continue to strengthen ourselves in Hive. So let's look at how things have been in the past month.

Delta to goal is current at 9545 HP.
The journey to hit the goal would not be easy. But if we are setting a goal that is easily achieved, then it also defeat the purpose. Hence, I am definitely stretching myself a little with this goal and glad to be on a good trajectory with slightly more than 1k HP gained in the last month.

The enablers for the goal will not really change. And will be discussed item by item.
Blogging on Hive Blockchain
The bulk of the HP growth came from this particular and it will continue to be the main driving force towards hitting the goal. I will continue to work on my blog and share amazing food, places and also touch on the games I play on Hive blockchain. Thank you all for all the curation thus far and all the support to my posts.
Curation
As pointed out by a fellow Hivian, not only do we blog and write content. Curating content from other hive users will also gain us much in terms of reward. This is why, when we build up our hive power, we also should be curating as that will bring in a substantial amount of savings for me.
Layer 2 Token Management
There are many layer 2 tokens on Hive that provide some form of passive income. And there are also that have been accumulated while blogging and curating. Actively managing these tokens are important for growth, so here are some of the layer 2 tokens that actually generate liquid hive or swap.hive for me and boost my HP growth.
Liquid Hive Sources:
Holding EDSI tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.088 HIVE per week.
Holding ALIVE tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.010 HIVE per day.
Holding DAB tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.006 HIVE per day.
And with this it gives me a grand total of 0.2 HP per week. No change to how it is last month but this is something that I want to grow.
SWAP.HIVE Sources:
Holding BBH tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.0138 SWAP.HIVE per week.
Now we are rebuilding everything from lowest point as we continue to seek coins that will yield us some passive hive one way or another.
HP Delegation:
To ensure I have enough liquid hive for each hive power up day, I delegated HP to @ecency. This has been really good as I will have my emergency liquid hive in case I am too tired to write a post and using it to power up to ensure I am on track for each hive power up month.
External Faucets
I am still doing my time to time external faucet making use of small pockets of free time to clock up more crypto. Just little bit here and there to get some liquids accumulated.
Rollercoin
I am still playing Rollercoin up till now and gaining much traction in terms of getting more miners for my mining room. Slowly but surely, I will be able to mine more crypto from there on a weekly to monthly basis. While in the last month there were some changes in terms of daily quest causing people to be unable to complete their quest due to sheer difficulty, this time round, the refresh function is back to help players complete their daily and weekly quest. A positive sign as we continue to strengthen in the game.
Closing
As we ride the momentum gained in 2025, this first month of 2026 zoomed past us so quickly. So no time to waste, keep saving and increasing our asset to ensure a strong growth can continue in this year.
