I think the best thing for me is to think about everything that bothers me or that constantly reoccurs in my life and try to find a solution instead of remaining mired in turmoil. However, for me, procrastination, for example, which I mentioned in the previous post, is one of the things that happens to me constantly, and I find myself unable to confront it.
But after thinking about it, solutions began to appear on the horizon, and I began to feel capable of finding solutions. I thought I was just bored a lot, even though we live in the age of technology, the internet, and the abundance of entertainment these days.
But when I thought about it, I realized that the main reason for boredom is that these many entertainments have themselves become boring due to repetition. It's similar to the tolerance that occurs when you get a dose of dopamine more than once.
Despite the ubiquity of TV series, video games, and numerous social media platforms, I've found that these days, everything has become strangely repetitive and boring, even in current movies. I feel like we're back in 2010, and even movies have become so repetitive.
Therefore, I seek accomplishment and work, because this is what will kill boredom and prevent you from thinking about boredom at all, or searching for entertainment. It will be like a farmer who works the land all day and comes to bed at the end of the day, thinking only of research and thought, since his time is already full.
So if you fill your day with work and accomplishment, the half hour you spend sitting around any of the entertainment will not be boring no matter how many times you repeat it every day. But the problem with us is that we have a lot of free time, so we search for entertainment for 24 hours, not just half an hour.
