I prefer solitude to sitting with others. It's become routine for me to sit alone most of the time. I know some might call it loneliness, but I do it voluntarily, and I prefer it because I like to think and don't like being interrupted.
In fact, our lives have many repercussions that others may not notice. However, if we reflect on ourselves, we find that we constantly do many strange or unusual things, and some of these habits may be harmful. Therefore, I sit with myself from time to time to analyze my voluntary and involuntary actions.
Regarding sitting alone and isolating myself from others, when I thought about why I do it, I found that the main reason is that I think a lot, and these thoughts are inside my head, and no one knows about them. When I'm with others, I'm exposed to a lot of interruptions that make me extremely upset, yet no one knows they're interrupting me, which sometimes surprises them. Therefore, sitting alone allows your mind to work and be productive.
For me, mental productivity is important. I created a draft on my phone called "Ideas." When a new idea comes to me, I write it down. If I'm with others and can't execute it, I postpone it until I'm alone.
So I've discovered that solitude and sitting with myself isn't a harmful or bad habit. Rather, it's beneficial for me. The time for productivity and useful ideas comes when I'm alone.
This, of course, is when I put my phone away from YouTube and short videos, which have become a daily scourge that significantly kills time and makes my mind sluggish. I've started using this time to put my phone away and, with a pen and paper, start thinking about something new and sometimes I got a great ideas that not of them may work but may sometime a one to be life changing.
