My Journey in Understanding Sudden Feelings of Distress and Their Hidden Psychological Causes

in Reflections23 days ago

From time to time I feel upset and this is without no reason and this feeling is frequently and what makes me think about this thing is that it has no reason as no failure or loss happens at this time and I feel annoying feeling and I feel that I need to have a break so I have searched about that to see is it from subconscious mind or what.

Is there small things that accumulate day by day and after awhile it explodes in you and that what makes me feel so frustrated or is it something else that are in my mind and it appears suddenly without no reason so I was so confused until I have searched about this thing.

I found that there are several reasons behind this condition, including hidden anxiety or stress. Sometimes, a person feels sudden discomfort because of the buildup of anxiety and stress over time, which can eventually explode for the smallest reasons. This made me think that I should get rid of this anxiety and stress before it turns into a chronic condition.

One of the other reasons I discovered is mood disorder, which is part of bipolar disorders. It causes chemical imbalances in the brain and requires visiting a psychiatrist and taking proper treatment, because if it continues like this, it can cause serious problems for mental health and you may need some vitamins and proper diet so you have a clear and nourish mind.

The past might also play a big role in this, especially painful memories that suddenly appear and cause great anxiety. This makes a person feel regret and I found that the best way to deal with this is to keep yourself busy so you don’t give negative thoughts a chance to appear as the more we have free time, the more we think and I have found that most of this thoughts is bad ones so just keep yourself in a good position and in a good condition so you do not have that time of negativity.

Lastly, isolation and social loneliness are among the biggest reasons that lead to this condition, and one should work to get rid of them as when we are with people around us we can talk and we could get some negativity off and this is the reason why should be more in the society and with good people with us.

hey man, @elias22 i dig you 100 percent, like I’ve felt that too—when suddenly you just feel off, no clear reason why. It’s like small things pile up quietly until they hit you all at once.

And yeah, sometimes memories or loneliness just show up out of nowhere and mess with your head. Keeping busy helps, but it’s not always enough.

Thanks for sharing this. It’s good to see someone else putting into words what’s hard to explain sometimes.
