I believe that many of the daily reflections we experience in life greatly affect us, but what I came to realize is that many of these things are beyond our awareness, and at the end of the day, we feel distressed and bored, without knowing why. Rather, they are a daily accumulation, and I've noticed this throughout my day.
The human psyche is extremely fragile and is affected by anything. Therefore, you must examine and question yourself and identify what might be affecting you so that you can avoid it. This is similar to passive smoking, for example. You don't smoke, but you are affected by the smoke around you. Or a man who buys a white shirt and walks around in dirt, wondering why it turns gray at the end of the day.
The first thing you should do is stay away from negative people who tell you not to do this, that you won't succeed, and that you should stop trying. These people spread an atmosphere of frustration that makes you feel distressed, anxious, and perhaps even fearful and doubtful about the future. Therefore, these people are the first thing you should avoid for your mental health.
Second, try not to be too affected by what's happening or what's published in the news or daily bulletins, as this can cause you great frustration. I've noticed that most of the news is negative, talking about suicides, murders, or impending collapses. The general atmosphere is extremely negative, so try to surround yourself with a barrier away from this news and these frustrations.
There are also some people you should stay away from: those who complain day and night. There are some people who do nothing but complain. They may not be in a bad mood, but they've gotten used to it. These people also create a negative atmosphere, frustrate you, or make you think, "Since everyone else is like this and in a bad mood, I am the same."
Constant comparisons to others keep you in an endless cycle and make you feel like you've missed the boat. You must get rid of these comparisons and set good goals and plans for yourself without looking at others or comparing yourself to them.
Another thing that can cause you distress is procrastination and waiting. Try not to wait or have someone in your life procrastinate with you while you wait. Create new goals for yourself and try not to waste time. Also try to strike a balance between mixing with others and being alone. Do not impose one thing or the other.
