Very interesting! The Oura Ring seems a little more capable than the Apple Watch when it comes to health data. Getting quality sleep is probably one of the best things we can do for our bodies and minds as we age. I'm considering getting one myself, although I'm not thrilled with being locked into a subscription. I'm a mechanical watch nerd too so it would be nice not to have to wear two watches all the time. I'm afraid I'd have to keep the AW for weightlifting/kettlebell workouts. I've heard the Oura isn't the best for fitness tracking in general but excels in most other ways.
