I thought about this situation when writing my post trying to put myself in the position of being a parent who did such a thing and I simply couldn't, my mind wouldn't accept it. I can't imagine how a parent could do such a thing. It's reprehensible...and yet many such cases occur all over the world.

        Nor can I justify, or put myself in the place of people who do this kind of thing, it is abhorrent. And, as you say, there are many cases in the world. There are too many perverse people.
