I love quiet people ...

Those who choose their words wisely, never raise their voice. They do not live to show themselves, but to exist quietly and harmoniously. It's the magic of looking different.

That's why I find those people inspiring. And I've always thought about how beautiful it would be to be bored with someone like that. Not bored with them, but bored with them.

We don't have to be interesting or entertaining all the time to keep company. We can simply be ourselves comfortably and completely in silence and stillness, that's where souls are recognized.

That boredom is the sanctuary where the being undresses, in peace, without fear. And in that boredom the souls intertwine.

And to think that...

There are people who choose a life full of drama and conflict, people who stage scenes on the street or who explode at the slightest provocation; I have peace and no one takes that away from me anymore.

I think there is no greater gift we can give to those around us than to give peace and calm, especially in the world full of stimuli in which we live.

I also love those people with whom we can share a silence...but I don't think that has to do with being interesting or not, or having concerns.

Another issue is, what on a social level is considered entertaining or interesting.

With the right person, those moments of "boredom" will be the most beautiful thing you can live together. The simple fact of being the two of us existing and enjoying each other's company is another level of intimacy, it's simply being us, how we really are.

Simple, clear and effective, most of us have a delay with life.

There is a story that I have always loved, my mom always told me this story about two (2) explorers who are lost in the jungle and one of them panics 🙀 "We are lost", he screams. And the other very calmly says to him: No, quiet your mind, we are here.

And do you know?... life sometimes feels like this. And yes...! , the trick is exactly is it to be here? Not knowing, not having all the answers, but being with that calm person, just breathing, seeing, feeling.

I remind myself of this a lot, because on those days when everything seems to get tangled up, I tell myself: I'm not lost, I'm here" and that changes everything. Because when you understand that, it lowers the anxiety, the noise, the rush.

And here I am, calm in a quiet way. Definitely, life is a constant flow, and while everything happens, everything demands care.

Relationships, health, dreams, even our own inner peace need to be nourished, cared for and protected without rest. It's not just about accepting the endings, butunderstanding that every valuable thing needs our constant effort.

Carpe Diem✨seize the moment and don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
