It is very painful to live in limbo...

Many people do not know that spaces of solitude and reflection are as necessary for living, as air or food.

This one from one side to the other, whatever it is that everyone believes, whatever beliefs they hold, sooner or later they lead us to the.same.period, we come to the time to understand something and to release something.

Within what fits and what is human, it is to call to consciousness, to reflection.

There is a lot of uncertainty out there and paradoxically those who are most disconnected from consciousness are the ones who need the most support today.

This is difficult for me, and I feel very affected by what is happening in my country, because I have been part of what we have had to live. And yet I keep telling myself and mine... We have to keep calm. Because in the calm we go out of survival mode. When in survival mode everyone fights for their own, for their own and nothing real is built there.

The days that are coming will be and demand a lot of reflection and a deep truth even if it is uncomfortable, without falling to blows, or insults. In fact, if we are afraid of losing what we had built, then we never really built.

When we are in survival mode, we are always working for someone else. Consciousness is the only place where we belong. In the end, breathing, thinking, staying calm, that's also resistance. Many of us, we ask, we implore the same God... to ask for calm.

Fear is never a good counselor, conscience is. All Venezuelans are in good health. With what happened today, it was like having a heart attack. Let's take care of each other please.

We are in shock, yes!!!... that is a phase of acceptance, then, let's hope everything will be resolved with good. There are three principles that I decided one day to lead my life in a radical way: Acceptance, gratitude and forgiveness. And that has given me an indestructible strength, as well as embracing faith, and I don't mean an ethereal faith, because faith is believing in people, believing in you and in the natural flow of existence. I also decided to bet on the integration of opposites in everything, and I practice that in my daily life.

May we stop "surviving" this year to start living from the essence. May you be kind to yourself when you make mistakes and brave when it's your turn to recalculate. Success is not only to arrive, it is to arrive being yourself, with your heart intact.

Now we just have to wait and trust. Today I am in expectation for my country Venezuela. These are moments of confusion because everything is happening NOW. Patience,... this new year 2026, came with everything.
